Warehouse Lead

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for leading the warehouse team, training warehouse associates, and ensuring the efficient execution of order filling, receiving, stocking, and returns.

• Trains warehouse associates in duties and responsibilities
• Observes performance to correct behaviors as necessary
• Assists warehouse personnel with order filling, receiving, stocking, and returns
• Oversees shipping and general operations
• Provides day-to-day tactical direction and guidance to warehouse associates
• Manages inventory
• Utilizes computer system applications for proper operation and reports
• Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules, and state and DEA regulations

• Ability to read and understand the English language
• Basic mathematical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to use good judgment to carry out detailed instructions
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work overtime
• Ability to operate reach truck, picker machines, pallet jack, forklift, etc.
