AVP – Field Property Training and Onboarding Manager

• Liaison for all onboarding of new hires
• Provide uniform, initial coverage training on all Personal Lines HO policies
• Responsible to ensure uniform handling of Property Claims by newly hired Field Adjusters
• Coordinates with the CTO and Compliance team on regulatory matters and property best practices

• Strong Property Insurance claims background both personal and commercial lines
• Compliance and regulatory experience in all 50 states
• Strong knowledge and interpretation of all our Personal Lines Homeowners and Commercial coverage forms
