
ERM Change Manager

About the role
Capital One’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Team has responsibility for helping the overall organization identify, manage, and mitigate key risks that may keep the company from achieving its strategic objectives. ERM is currently seeking a Change Manager who will be responsible for supporting the implementation of projects for a diverse set of initiatives, with a broad range of complexity and scale.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute strategic change management plans
- Write, proofread, and edit communications needed to support strategic plans
- Work effectively in cross-functional teams to advance the team and leadership’s change strategy
- Support monitoring of Testing Plans, Change Management Plans and execution of the Product Warranty period
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate communications, multi-channel marketing, internal business communications, or leading organizational change and communication projects
