About the role

The Call Center Agent is responsible for providing immediate assistance, guiding and assessing customer needs regarding endorsement procedures, policy status, collections, renewals, reinstatements, online billing, claims follow-up, or any other type of assistance offered for our products.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with claims procedures, guiding the customer through the process.
  • Responds to policy status verification inquiries.
  • Registers, responds to, and provides support for claims and assistance requests.
  • Processes online policy payments.
  • Provides support and guidance regarding renewals.
  • Processes and forwards policy data update requests.
  • Explains the benefits of the product the client is purchasing, including policies, costs, deductibles, etc.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of business and management principles
  • Skilled in HR technology and information systems
