About the role
The Call Center Agent is responsible for providing immediate assistance, guiding and assessing customer needs regarding endorsement procedures, policy status, collections, renewals, reinstatements, online billing, claims follow-up, or any other type of assistance offered for our products.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with claims procedures, guiding the customer through the process.
- Responds to policy status verification inquiries.
- Registers, responds to, and provides support for claims and assistance requests.
- Processes online policy payments.
- Provides support and guidance regarding renewals.
- Processes and forwards policy data update requests.
- Explains the benefits of the product the client is purchasing, including policies, costs, deductibles, etc.
Requirements
