School Behavior Specialist

A full-time Behavior Specialist with BCBA certification is needed to support K-12 students in a range of school settings in Naples, FL.

• Implement behavior intervention plans and provide support for students with autism and other behavioral needs.
• Conduct assessments and collect data related to student progress.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop individualized behavior strategies.
• Support classrooms specializing in intensive behavioral interventions, including IBI programs.
• Maintain documentation and comply with all regulatory and program standards.

• Active BCBA licensure required.
• Experience working in K-12 educational environments preferred.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and autism intervention.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to varying school environments and caseloads, including elementary and high school levels.
