Production Specialist II, Management Liability, LexPro

This Production Specialist II role will be an ideal next step in your career if you already have some relevant experience in insurance – or this could be your entry into underwriting if you have transferable skills.

• Assess the desirability of risk through regular contact with brokers, close co-ordination with AIG subject matter experts, and robust reviews of claims history and general company information.
• Provide excellent service to brokers through a consistent, timely, and proactive approach to underwriting.
• Generate new business by expanding your broker network, attending broker events, and building new relationships across the market.
• Provide accurate monthly management information including submissions, bind rate, average premium, and total premium.

• Some underwriting experience
• Working knowledge of US ML business including product features, forms, regulatory environments, and risks
• Ability to analyze financial statements
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship building skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Customer and Sales orientated behaviors: motivated, tenacious, focused, technically skilled, proactive, and accountable
