About the role
An opportunity is available for a registered nurse with experience in medical-surgical and orthopedic patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered nursing care focused on medical-surgical and orthopedic patients
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high quality patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments following medical protocols
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and facility policies during all shifts worked
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- 2-3 years nursing experience, preferably in medical-surgical or orthopedic care
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
- Must reside over 50 miles away from the facility for eligibility
