About the role

The Physician Office Supervisor is responsible for planning, controlling, organizing and directing the day-to-day operations and activities of the physician affiliate office or physician department in conjunction with Practice Manager and/or Director of Practice Operations. Supervises the physician affiliate office/department to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations and high-quality patient care. Reviews financial reports, billing practices, and scheduling to ensure appropriate physician and office reimbursement. Assists in the preparation of the annual budget and monitors expense reports and petty cash reconciliation. Processes invoices for payment in accordance with hospital policy.
