• Implement national strategic and operational initiatives
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders across all business areas
• Analyze complex data to develop strategic and tactical approaches
• Deliver results on time
• Support the implementations of new healthcare strategies and processes
• Assist in the design and execution of implementation and change management plans
• Ensure effective meeting management
• Build relationships quickly
• Develop business cases for national initiatives
• Research and develop new and creative solutions

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: None Required
• Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
