About the role
Management of building science projects and related EHS projects within Chubb Risk Consulting’s client service network, with primary focus on the Mid-Atlantic region (DC/MD/Northern VA).
Responsibilities
- Management of building science projects and related EHS projects
- Budgeting, project planning, scope of work development, proposal preparation, project scheduling and coordination
- Coordination of subcontractors and affiliate consultants, interfacing with analytical laboratories, bid solicitation and procurement, tracking of project progress, maintenance of project schedules and budgets, preparation and review of technical reports and other work product in accordance with client and regulatory requirements, data management, quality control, and invoice management
Requirements
- 10 years of verifiable experience in performing and managing complex asbestos, lead, and mold assessment and remediation management projects
- Valid MD and VA Asbestos certifications
- Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor certifications, mold assessment, and verifiable training in Indoor Air Quality
