• Support families in navigating deaf education and communication decisions
• Assess student progress using tools appropriate for deaf/hard of hearing learners
• Monitor and report on auditory technology functionality
• Adapt curriculum and materials for optimal access
• Maintain comprehensive records and compliance documentation
• Participate in professional development in deaf education

• Valid New Hampshire Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing license
• Master's degree in Deaf Education, Special Education with DHH concentration, or closely related field
• Two years minimum of teaching experience with deaf and hard of hearing students in K-12 settings
• Strong understanding of language development in children with hearing loss
• Knowledge of assistive technologies including hearing aids, cochlear implants, and FM systems
• Communication skills appropriate to student needs—sign language proficiency may be required depending on student population
• Experience delivering instruction through virtual platforms necessary
• Appropriate home technology and private teaching space required
