• State Certified Nurse Assistant Credentials OR Emergency Medical Tech Cert (EMT) Required OR Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Required OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Required

• Supports nursing staff with patient care tasks
• Monitors and reports patient conditions
• Ensures proper functioning and maintenance of medical equipment
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Follows safety and infection control protocols
• Participates in training and development activities
• Maintains clean and orderly patient rooms
• Assists patients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Reports findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff
• Documents necessary records accurately and timely
• Aids with movement and placement of patients
